Football is my favorite thing about Fall. I am glad that I finally found a shirt to express a few of my favorite things that pair perfectly with football. The only thing this shirt is missing is the word shoes. What can I say, shoes it will always be a favorite of mine. Anyhoo, back to this shirt. It is incredibly soft and has this perfectly lived-in feel.

Leopard Tunic + Pink…

You can never go wrong with leopard anything. Especially when it is a tunic. I also own this same tunic in pink and white. When I really like something, I buy it in multiple colors. When I have no idea what to wear, I grab a tunic and skinny jeans. A tunic also looks great paired with leggings. It is my recipe for an easy, comfortable outfit. Once it finally starts to cool down in Tampa (most likely never), this will be my go to outfit. I will swap out the cute heels for booties or oxfords and layer with a vest.

Denim on Denim + Pink…

I have had the idea for a while now to do something with denim on denim. I just never got around to it until now. Since I knew there was going to be an abundance of blue denim, I knew I wanted to add some pops of color to balance the look out. I knew I wanted my shoes to be that pop of color. Every outfit that I wear starts with the shoes. I build my outfit always around the shoes I am in the mood to wear. Truthfully, I was more concerned with wearing fabulous shoes than I was about picking out a wedding dress. Once I settled on wearing pink heels, I knew pink would be the perfect pop of color for my denim on denim. From there I just added on my favorite Kluster bracelets, a leopard clutch, and topped it all off with swoon-worthy pink and leopard sunglasses. I actually have a funny story about these sunglasses. I saw these in Sunglass Hut and initially walked right by them. However, I really saw them out of the corner of my eye. Anything pink and leopard will catch my attention. I did one of those slow-motion walk backs to confirm if I really had just seen pink and leopard glasses. I did! Love at first sight! I knew I had to have them. Plus, they were the only pair, and I also had a gift card so that helped seal the deal, too. I can’t stop wearing them!

I am all about cozy knits, especially super soft sweatshirts. I love them even more when they come in camo print. If you follow my feed on Instagram you will see that I am very fond of camo. I own way more of it than I should. As soon as I saw this sweatshirt, I knew I had to have it. It is so soft and cozy. Initially, I wore it way more than I should have without washing it, but it was because I did not want to lose its coziness. The sweatshirt has been washed, and it did not lose any of its softness. It is just as soft as when I first wore it. What is your favorite cozy knit?

Keeping It Neutral…

With spring right around the corner, neutral colors are on my radar. I have been slowly incorporating a neutral color palette into my winter wardrobe that would easily transition into spring like blush, gray, and oatmeal colors. These colors pair perfectly with winter white. I have been wanting a pair of white jeans for forever. However, I was a little skeptical that they were for me. I am terribly clumsy and also end up with ink all over my hands on a daily basis at work. Therefore, it was inevitable it would probably end up on my white jeans, too. Aside, from skinny jeans, boyfriend jeans are my favorite style of jeans. I love how they can be dressed up with heels and dressed down with flats. I was immediately sold when I found out these came in boyfriends and they were white. They were definitely worth the risk of ink spots. I am ink free so far.  I also have my eye on these and these to add to my white jeans collection.

A jumpsuit can be a little bit tricky to pull off. However, if worn right, it is totally chic and feminine. A super baggy jumpsuit should be avoided at all times though. Besides, no one wants to end up looking like they are wearing a potato sack. They come in an array of styles and can look good on anyone no matter your size or shape. I love them because personally they make me look taller. I know that is why heels were invented, but a great jumpsuit with a cinched in waist can really elongate the body and show off curves. The other reason why I love them is because it makes an easy outfit. It is only one piece. All you need to do is add a great pair of shoes and some accessories. Speaking of accessories, how gorgeous is this leopard clutch by Sara Sozo? A woman can never have enough leopard clutches. Not only is this clutch more beautiful in person, but it supports a great cause. A portion of the proceeds from any purchases of handbags by Sara will go to missions, both in Atlanta and overseas in India. I also have this one and have my eye on this one. Check them all out on Etsy here.

You can never go wrong with black and white, especially when it involves stripes. Black and white is a classic pairing. Why not pair it together with different patterns of stripes? As long as the stripes are in the same color family, mixing different patterns of stripes is perfectly fine. You do not have to be matchy matchy. I used to think that my outfits always had to match exactly, but now as I get older, I mean younger, I care  less. All you need is confidence and to have fun with clothes. Fashion is meant to be fun, which is why I paired these black and white stripes with leopard Steve Madden pumps. Besides, since leopard is a neutral, it goes with everything.

I am back to wearing heels. I know my last post was a little different with me wearing the Jordans, but hey, it takes a true shoe addict, I mean shoe lover to appreciate all kinds of shoes, not just heels.

Over the last few months my love for leopard and plaid has grown. This shirt has been on major repeat lately, and it just might make an appearance on Thanksgiving at my parents’ house along with this Kelly Wynne Leopard Mingle MIngle Mini Bag.  This leopard bag was a little bit of a mission to acquire, but it was well worth the effort. I saw it online first during my lunch break at work but forgot to purchase. The next night, I remembered, but when I went to purchase, it was “Sold Out.” I immediately E-Mailed the Kelly Wynne info that night. The next morning, I was given the names and telephone numbers for two boutiques that had the Leopard Mingle Mingle Mini. I called Monkee’s of Columbia and placed my order. A few days later, this leopard beauty arrived. Persistence pays off! Besides, one can never have enough leopard anything.

It has been a little bit since my last post, but alot has been going on lately. I just got back into town from a fabulous four days in Chicago visiting my bestie, Eric. Aside from a tons of shopping and too much food and wine, we managed to see Jason Mraz in concert at the Chicago Theatre. It was, he was AMAZING!!!

I have had this blue plaid blazer for a few weeks now, but have been waiting for the chance for the weather to get cooler in Tampa for me to wear it. As soon as I saw it in my local Target store, in the only one in my size I immediately snatched it up. Besides, who does not love plaid this time of year? Target is definitely a store that when you see something that you like in your size, you have to get it then, otherwise it will not be there when you go back to get it. Aside from this blazer, I really adore these navy blue booties. It was love at first sight when I saw these. They are super comfortable for four-inch heels, if you find four-inch heels comfortable. These are amazing though. I have worn them several times already with not only jeans but with dresses and skirts, so expect them to show up in future posts. They will carry me through Fall and will definitely become a year-round staple.

If you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m obsessed with Kluster jewelry. There is not a day that goes by that I am not wearing something from the collection. I love it! Every time I wear it, I am instantly in a better mood. It is no surprise this red collection is aptly named Merry Cherry, which perfectly match these amazing heels.  However, I am not sure what I love more about Kluster, the jewelry itself, or the fact that every order comes perfectly wrapped in a box with a bow or the handwritten note that accompanies every order. Please check them out. I hope you love them as much I do.
